If your child is a netball lover, or perhaps wants to take up this exciting sport in their new school year, then Discover Netball Camp is the perfect opportunity to get prepared!

Our Netball camp is designed for children in years 3, 4, 5 & 6.

Discover Netball Camp provides specialist coaching with the aim of boosting overall confidence with game play. Specific areas of focus throughout our camp will include:

• Technical skills for attack and defence positions

• Ball and movement skills

• Strength and conditioning

• Hand-eye coordination

No matter your child’s level of experience, Discover Netball Camp has been designed to improve your child’s confidence on and off the court whilst encouraging them to be active and make new friends.

• Start with a general warm up consisting of stretches and cardio

• Ball skills basics, leading into controlled passing

• Positions used in netball and what their job is

• Passing channels using their ball skills which helps to create space when playing

• Game play

• Attacking and defence drills

• Shooting and using the circle for the best possible outcome

• Game play

• Umpire signals and understanding of faults

• Advanced ball skills

• Fitness

• Game play followed by awards and certificates from development and achievement

Our coaching sessions are for children in years 3 - 6!

Kit required:
Please ensure your child wears trainers and comfortable clothing

Lunch: A hot nutritious lunch will be provided. Please provide snacks and water bottle.

Pricing:

• £45 per day

• £15 per day for before and after care 8:00-5:30pm
