Flight:
‘ Are you interested in flight? Or ever wondered what the future of space travel might look like? Why not join us for a fun day exploring flight in different forms. We will investigate how well paper can fly!! Will it be paper planes or helicopters? How many different designs are there? Which one will be the best?
Well that’s just the start! You may have heard that space is the final frontier, but how can we explore space in a sustainable way? During the day you will be challenged to design and build a ‘Space Glider’ that will carry a load to distance places and planets. Your design will then be tested to find the gliders that can travel the furthest, and also discover whose will be most accurate!!
Sessions will run from 9:30am - 15:30pm
A Nutritious lunch is provided! Please provide your child with a snack and water bottle.
Before and after care:
Before and after care can be provided from 8:00am - 17:30pm.
